Great Place, Poor Service

During our stay at Eagles Waters Resort we were faced with quite the different experience than we usually got when we went - which is atleast yearly. First they were arrogant about the fact that we only wanted to come and help our parents put up their camp - my mother is ill and not able to do heavy work. Then on Friday when we had to go to Pretoria urgently they had issues with us GOING OUT the gate (it was only 4pm). We decided to prolong our stay and when we wanted to go pay for that they said that we were due to go out at 11am, which would have been no problem, but we were said at the beginning of the weekend that the payments made are DAILY. Not per night. And that daily the day visitors would have to be out at 6pm. The employees working at the gate is arrogant and not very eager to help. And we had a manager shouting at an employee in front of us. The bathrooms were cleaned during our stay which was of course, great. But the fact that it is MALE cleaners that just walked into the FEMALE bathrooms WHILE it was quite busy during the mornings is unacceptable. One of the nicest fishing spots turned out quite a bad experience...
