Bad attitude and no responibility.

Eagle Africa Kuruman driver drive into my car coursing thousands of rands damage. Police report clearly state this. Driver refuse now to talk to me. I contact the company and the lady said first they will assist me. The next day she said she mads a mistake and not gone help me. She said that the driver made the accident and i must take it up with him but he is refusing my calls. He do wirk for Eagle African waste management and work on the same mines as i am. This company is totally running away from there responsiblilty and refuse to help me even it was there driver on his way home with there workers and hired car as she stated. Cant believe they are treating people this way. I will take them to court soon. They must take full responsibility.
