Dr Bennetto is the master of his own universe, unfortunately that universe bears no resemblance to reality.<br> He overpromises and spectacularly fails to deliver on those promises.<br> I have been waiting in excess of 7 months for a functional set of hard contact lenses. After numerous visits, unreturned phone calls and sms' I still have not had any positive feedback from him regarding the missing felt lens. <br> My advice is to stay away from him and all Eagle Vision Optometrists as they do not take responsibility for non delivery and yet are happy to take full payment for services not rendered<br> I have really tried to sort this mess out amicably but Dr Bennetto has left me no choice but to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman for Optometrist and start legal proceedings against him personally and Eagle Vision.<br> <br> DO NOT MAKE USE OF EAGLE VISION AS THEY WILL NOT DELIVER.<br> .
