Eagle Towing Hartbee****rt

Shockingly bad service from Eagle towing. I phoned them and we agreed on a tow price of R2,500. When the tow vehicle arrived, the driver said he could not tow the vehicle from the front and to tow it from the rear would now cost R3,500! When asked why he could not tow it front the front, the driver said that he was the expert and people mustn't tell him his job. With that he sped off. On telephoning Eagle again, they said they would not send anybody else and we must not bother to contact them again! What a pathetic bunch. It looks like helping stranded drivers is secondary to maximizing profit.
