Eagle taxi poor customer service

On 28April 2025 I called eagle taxi Durban at 03.45 AM to get a taxi I was told in 15 mins I then called back at around 4.05 Am and Tsonga the consultant that was answering the phone was extremely rude and keep slamming the phone down I urge yourl to listen to these calls kindly contact me for more info if you like in terms of the number I was calling from etc kindly note I’m a regular customer and I won’t tolerate this kind of customer service of the phone being slammed down on me multiple times
