Left scratches on my almost-new dash - poor technician work

Unfortunately, 1 star for the rest. I took my CX-3 in to get Android Auto installed, and I was nervous about having technicians working on the interior of what was almost a brand new car. However, I convinced myself that they would be professionals, so nothing to worry about.

To my dismay, when I got my car back there were some deep scratches in the dashboard where they tried to lever up the panel around the infotainment screen. I am severely disappointed as the car is so new and is in perfect condition otherwise, and now because of some substandard technician, it's irrevocably scarred. I won't be going back to Eagle Mazda and I will be warning everyone I know of their shoddy standards. I expect them to get back to me, too.
