EAGLE MAZDA and Motorite be aware any opportunity you will lose your maintenance plan

I bought a new Mazda 3 from Eagle Mazda in 2015 and i was sold A Maintenance plan for R15321 to get a full service for my car for 5 years or 90000 KM. its been 3 years and when i booked my car in for service i was shocked to be advised that since i haven't brought my car in on time and like after 1 and 4 month my Maintenance plan is now canceled after a long fight that i had to have with MOTORITE i agreed to pay for my service but now send me a letter saying that they will only pay for my next service but the 5th year service they will no longer pay for my car did only 22500 km i was never invoiced for an insurance I paid up front R 15321 Plus VAT for something i was led to believe was a service from Mazda. I have spoken to the managing director who i promised i will get my money back it is just a matter that he could resolve by returning my oneys due to misrepresentation or ill complain to the BANK and let everyone on the net know how car dealers just take us for granted . when i told the man who originally helped me buying the car about my experience he was in a complete state of a shock . just so everyone knows when the whole misrepresentation began in May this year after my car was booked for service I lost it and i was screaming and shouting to get the people in charge attention when the same manager or director Lui set with me later on after i managed to get motorite to pay for the service he asked me why did i have to shout like i did i told him Would we be taking to each other now if i wouldnt get your attention ? he admitted . everyone that reads this should know if you extend your service with the dealership you buy your car from they get it covered by people who looks for every opportunity to get out of paying Motorite do not pay you need to make sure with who ever sell you there service on the term and conditions if you did more than 16000K with your car between one service and the other you wont be covered if you service your car more than 14 month between services you insurance will be nol and void but the money they take upfront they can not to that completely unloafull . be worrend
