BEWARE EAGLE MAZDA

I purchased a car, CASH, from Eagle Mazda, with a 3 year service plan. Last year, they sms'd incessantly reminding me to service my car. This year, when I want to book my service, they inform me that my plan has expired on 18 April and they can give me a quote.

How pathetic? I was due a service in terms of the agreement, no reminder this time and now they want to give me a quote, you can't be serious.

My next car definitely will not be from the Eagle group
