Almost bought a vehicle that didn't exist
I mid September I was looking for a second hand vehicle to purchase and after a bit of searching I located one at Eagle Mazda in Bramley. Initially the Sales Consultant was very helpful and when he told me the vehicle was still available I immediately app**** for finance. After a bit of back and forth I was finally approved.
All the documentation was sent to sign as well as their banking details to pay a deposit. Fortunately before paying the deposit I first wanted to amend a financial option. The 15min trying to correct the problem is what saved me a lot of headache because it is within this time I learn the vehicle was no longer there.
I was angered because how does this happen? How do I almost buy a vehicle that doesn't exist? My time, my company as well as the financial consultants time was wasted. Is there no code of ethics? The Sales Consultant was of no help thereafter and had a "whatever" and "oops" attitude. I contacted the Manager and as always he understood my problem and was apologetic. He promised to assist me but as always it was empty promises. He never contacted me again with further information. I recently reached out to them again but with no luck. It seems the dealership in general doesn't care about the costumer but rather than money. It is a fist fight to see who wins and who looses. Service simply does not exist there.
I would never recommend them. They are beyond words to describe.
