Absolutely terrible service from Eagle Mazda Bramley
I'm currently owning my 3rd vehicle from Eagle Ford\Mazda and my current being a Mazda BT-50. Although my experience with Eagle Ford was a bit better, it was not great, however with the last purchase I've had a lot of annoyances: Firstly the sales person was too lazy to correct the sales order paper work and I lost R20k and a percent in my interest thanks to incompetence between the sales person and the finance lady; second it was less than a year and I already had to replace light bulbs which is an indication of an electrical fault, on the day prior to my service I quickly spoke to the technician and asked for them to have a look, funny enough it wasn't a month later and the battery packed up and I had to get AA out to jump start my barely over a year old pickup and I had to get a new battery (costs almost R2k); After picking up my pickup after it's first service the lady at the service desk reported that there was a recall on my vehicle for brake line replacement, however I booked the service over a week before the actual service an you would think they would notice these things then and order the parts, however they informed me they didn't have stock and they would get during that week and phone me to arrange for me to bring the vehicle in again and install the parts, that phone call never happened and I phoned just after a month later (after replacing the battery) and then suddenly they had stock and I was able to take the vehicle in and lost another Saturday of my life that I will never get back; Then to mention the cafeteria: you get a breakfast voucher of a specific item on their breakfast menu that in my case I didn't have an update, so in other word they couldn't be bothered to comfort you in any way regardless of whether they made a mistake in wasting your time in the first place or not; I also want to mention how rude their cafeteria staff is, they have a terrible attitude when you try and order anything and I left the area and went and sat by the service reception area as I felt more comfortable; I called Mazda Customer Care as well more than once during this experience and I will assure anyone that they will not help you, once you bought a Mazda or Ford (I only bought from Eagle thus far) you are pretty much on you own; I will also quickly mention that my mother in law bought a secondhand Figo from them and at the first service (the car's 4 year service) they ripped her of and over charged her and there were some annoyances with the car after the service such as the clutch releasing almost too early, etc; As soon as I break even I am getting something much more reliable from a dealership from Toyota that I know cares about their clients
