Terrible travelling experience

Do not arrive on time and travelling is a nightmare as my daughter had to sit on her dad's lap because the seats were occupied. They do not care about passengers travelling with kids. A child can never be comfortable sharing a seat with a stranger. It's a pity that we paid for my daughter to not even have a seat.
