Poor Sevice at Willowbridge branch

I visited the Willowbridge store on Sunday 14 June. I bought two bedside table lamps but finding a helpfull staff member was difficult, some were more interested in their lunch that arrived. I left the store and went to Fruit and Veg accross the road. My wife then wanted to go back to Eagle lighting to buy a specific lamp and fitting that we saw earlier. We got at the door at 1:05pm and was rudely advised that they were closed. I asked to speak to the manager. I asked him if i could get the fitting and lamp we saw earlier. He was not helpfull and very rude. They obviously have enough customers in these tough economic times. I will definately not buy from Eagle lighting again and also advise friends and family of my experience.
