Exceptionally poor attitude/service!

I'd like to firstly state that I've been a repeat client over the years spending several tons of money over the past few years at your Willowbridge/Tygervalley store. Over the years, I've seen the relevant level of service degrade very slowly to the point where I'm litterally fed up. A few weeks ago to purchase several fittings when these things happened.. The entire sales team are wandering around the store in small groups \CHIT CHATTING"with one another while absolutely IGNORING clients walking into the store.
