Eagle Consulting Course **** and Refunds not honoured
I've booked a course for myself and my staff which was suppose to be held in August 2017 and paid the total of R13, 667.72 however, Eagle Consulting postponed the course for October 2017 due to lecturers not being available, October was suitable for me, however, they have again postponed the course for September 2017, this being the 2nd postponement, I could not attend it, after seeing this email, I immediately requested a refund and made a request same day. There was no communications from Eagle Consulting and I followed up with a discontent email, to which Mr Alan Zulu, accounts department, apologized and said it will take 21 working days to refund but will remove 7 days from the refund days and asked me to complete refund form. I accepted this and completed the refund form and again sent it the same day.
Days past and still no refund, a total of 36 days and 25 working days from the request of refund from the 25 November 2017.
I again followed up and Mr Alan Zulu, to which he rep**** to say, they are struggling with Cash Flow but will refund me next week Thursday, 7 December 2017. Well despite me sending numerous amounts of emails, I still haven't received my refund of R13, 667.72
The only response I received from Mr Alan Zulu was an auto reply, today dated 11 Dec 2017: "Good day , Our training calendar and business operations are closed for 2017. All bookings for next year and/or accounting queries will be attended to on 22nd January 2018. Thank you. "
So, in summary I feel that I have been ****med for a course which I could not attend due to Eagle Consulting's continuous postponement and then continued to break my trust in hoping that they would honour their agreement to refund the amount of R13, 667.72
