Pathetic service

Pathetic service from Hillfox branch today. Bought T-shirts and after each wash, they seemed to be shrinking. Compared them to a new one today and just as we thought, they had shrunk. Brought it to their attention and they laughed at me saying there is nothing they are willing to do.
