Eagle clothing

On 29 August I purchased some clothing for my son who is over 2m tall and wears size 13 shoe. I spent close to R3000 in store. They did not stock a particular shoe in his size. The sales person contacted another store which had in stock. When he returned he told me to order online and that it would be delivered to my door. That evening I duly placed my order for the shoes and waited for the mandatory 5 days. On Friday the 3rd of August, I contacted the online agent only to be told that they did not have that shoe in stock and that they had refunded my money to be paid in 10 to14 working days. I had received no notification from them and no one bothered to phone around to secure the shoes my son wanted
