Disrespecfull people in Eagle shop

The experience I had in Secunda branch is really not pleasant. The staff is unprofessional and let you feel like a worm. I needed to return underwear that was not opened and was wrong size. they refused said I need to write a mail to head office. which I di not response. When tried to talk to them they laughed in my face this morning. 26 August 2023 marks the day I will never sit foot again in an eagle over priced shop. I will travel 160km to jhb to go buy at Big and Tall where people still have respect and treat big people like human beings not flmiliate them.
