DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

I have been a loyal customer with eagle for a long time now I started buying their goods in Boksburg and shop at Brakpan and now Meadowdale. I bought a Shirt at there shop in Meadowdale two weeks ago but unfortunately due to them changing there suppliers some of the shirts are too long as I only purchase the golf shirts. so today I was in the carnival mall in Brakpan and decided to take it back. wich I was clearly told by the rude lady behind the till that they can not refund due to it being two weeks. she failed to show me where it states that and it does state 30 days. I was totally disappointed by her attitude and lack of willingness to help. I phoned Meadowdale and they are only too happy to help.
