COMPLAINT OF TOP FULL OF PILLING ON THE ONE SIDE.

good day I bought a top on the 26/3/2024 at EAGLE CLOTHING SOMERSET WEST branch. I did pay R379 for the top and i do have the receipt.. I did wear the top on twice. I didn`t wash it and on the side there is pilling. I did send email but NO REPLY back. I phone Suzette she said that there is nothing they can do regarding my top because I am the only one complaining... I think it very bad service for EAGLE CLOTHING.. thank you..
