Below Standard Clothing

On the 7th May 2022, I drove to Randburg from Kensington to buy goodies at the Eagle Clothing. A distance of 64kms. I bought a pack of 5 panties. As I was unable to open the packed at the store when I got home I opened and washed them. Of the five bought, one of the seams is coming lose at the waist band. Two are smaller than the others. So out of the 5 bought, I have two wearable panties. I have addressed this with the head office and still have had no feedback. This is unacceptable due mainly for the price. Not to mention the extra-long distance to get to the store. I’m not happy about the fact that I have been ignored and received no feedback from them. To them it not a lot of money, to me, it was a huge expense wasted. Not a satisfied customer at all. Surely they must have some sense of responsibility to the customer, at least a call back if nothing else.
