Wrong vehicle registered to name - After Sales???

I bought a vehicle from them.The service was very good and the people very nice and friendly at that point.<br> The sales person said he lives close to us and will deliver my liscense disc etc.That never happened and he did not even reply to my mails. I then sent someone to collect it in Honeydew. Apparently everyone was in meetings and the sales person Tiaan out with a customer. I then requested the dealership to deliver it to me.<br> I had to phone and mail and phone and mail. Eventually about 3 weeks later I got it. I then noticed that they registered the same type of vehicle to my name but a different Engine and Vin number. The wrong vehicle was registered to my name!! You always give proof of addres upon purchasing but they also registered it to the incorrect addres?? Up to date I was promised a temporary liscense and that the issue will be sorted... Still nothing... I am still busy phoning,complaining and mailing... This is unprofessional and not accepted. What do I do when I get puuled off in a road block? What if the other vehicle registered to my name gets a fine etc?? I am sick and tired now.<br> This is the first ever!! ALWAYS CHECK THAT YOUR PAPERS MATCH THE VEHICLE.
