Worst service by far!

Car still under warranty. Breaking down for the 4th time and its not even a year old! No one can say what is wrong with it. No update ever given. I have to always call to find out and the person i speak to isn't even giving me any promising results!! I dont even have a car to drive around and its been 5 days now!!
