Poor and ********* service by eagle canyon auto

Email sent to headoffice regarding what happened,still awaiting reply.<br> I am sending you this email to let you know that i am very dissapointed with the service received from Eagle Canyon Auto Honeydew with regards to the Opel Corsa utility which i signed OTP for.According to the salesman i dealt with Mr Kagiso the vehicle was available when i was required to sign the documents which i did.After submitting documents i was told the vehicle was in for repairs and i would be contacted as soon as the vehicle is ready.The day i went through to complete the sale i was told the vehicle is sold,which i feel is very unfair as i was told it was available the day i signed the OTP documents.The salesman himself was clearly upset and baffled as to how the vehicle was taken away from him and another salesman was allowed to conclude a deal.<br> <br> I would like management to please look into this matter as it is very unprofessional for a huge company such as yourselves to allow and tolerate such poor service.
