pathetic servicing of my chevrolet optra

I took my vehicle in for a service and asked them to check a vibration and noise. I was told that the wheel bearings had to be replaced. The new wheel bearings failed before driving 1 km from the dealership. The wheel bearings were replaced again. There was a new noise. Apparently the bolts weren't tightened. Now that noise is back. And I was grossly overcharged against a written quotation. One and a Half weeks later and nothing has been resolved. Not even a call. This service is pathetic. My mirror trimming was also damaged by the dealership and I was told 'they don't know about that'. Then they decided that they can cut it off or glue it. If only I had never driven my car to that dealership. I have spent the better part of 4 hours at the service area, time that I should have been at work. It is truly sad and unacceptable.
