Eagle Blue - More like Eagle Poo!

We have expressed our concerns to Eagle Blue constantly since next door began renovations last year, but they have either been dismissed or not responded to at all. Here's an example of how they rep**** to our concerns: "We have no other reports from other residents in this regard and or other reports concerning this matter from any other parties."

We are diligent tenants who pay our rent in full, and on time each month and deserve common decency, especially as we are just trying to return to a normal living condition. Since 2022, we have endured six rounds of renovation in our block alone, and we are exhausted from living in a constant construction site. The dust and construction pollution, the noise, and the constant interruptions have left us completely depleted.

We understand that the staff of Eagle Blue do not have to deal with the issues we do, however that does not mean our concerns are invalid or should be dismissed. Our stance will remain the same until we can reach a resolution as our experiences should be addressed regardless of whether others are experiencing similar issues.

We genuinely love living in our unit and have never had any issues until now. However, if the quality of service and ethics of the complex management continue to decline, we may need to consider relocating.
