Promised refund still not paid back after 2 months

<p>Also known as Eagle Consulting.</p> <p>Training course was not attended and refund was promised.</p> <p>When proof of payment was requested, I received a snide reply that they have "21 working days from date of request within which to settle the refund". Fair enough then. Date of request was 8 November. Still no money. Despite numerous emails, I've had no replies. Tried calling a dozen times, no answer (and they started working again 16/01/2017 as per on of their auto email responses). Twitter and Facebook links on their website doesn't work. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!</p>
