Disgusting service

<p>I received an email early in October regarding a course that eagle consulting was offering- after registering and making payment I was told the course date had been changed - The course had two options of venue - one in Cape Town and one in Johannesburg - I had booked tickets to Cape Town to attend the course and was then notified that the date had changed I thereafter decided that the dates for Johannesburg were more suitable and then booked tickets to Johannesburg, lo and behold the courier was postponed again, by then I asked for a refund - refund was requested in October and I am still awaiting. I have been given numerous excuses, some are quite ridiculous. I have colleagues who have also registered for this course who have not been refunded yet. Their website seems quite legitimate but I am not convinced that this is a legitimate business. I have wasted a lot of money on air fares, accommodation and course fees, also time on phone calls, emails etc- if anyone has experienced the same problem as me please contact me as I am now ready to open a case of ***** against these people.</p>
