Shame on you

I purchased sunglasses from eada and paid them, they took time to deliver my sunglasses, i saw and purchased them online, when they were delivered they were not exactly as the ones online, they have a return policy. I called them on this number ********** 441 and arranged for the return and refund, they promised they are refunding me and they will come collect their items. it is a month now, they blocked me from their instagram page, they do not answer my calls. i regret doing business with them. Shame on you
