Does unsafe work. Initially installed solar system directly to the earth leakage, because there was no main switch on the DB. The earth leakage was not working. I had to tell them to install a main switch on the DB so that the earth leakage would work. Then the ac cable used to the DB from the inverter was 6mm instead of a 10 mm cable for a 12kW inverter setup. Further the 6 mm cable is on a 63A breaker. This is unsafe since the 6 mm cable is rated at 45 A max. There should have been a 40 A breaker if 6 mm was used. I am still waiting for them to fix the problem. Their prices to do follow-up jobs is highly inflated. I was quoted R250 for an R80 main switch. Also makes promises that they cannot deliver on with regards to fixing problems as promised.
