Eldo couch very bad customer service

<p>I booked the bus tickets for R219 with eldo coach for 13 people for the 19 June 2016 to depart from durban to Pretoria but when we got to the bus station we find dat they hAve overbooked the bus, now they told us our 11 am bus had broken down we have to use intercity express bus which costs R190 per person but to our surprise we didn't even get to use intercity express instead they sent a Kalamazoo bus we are so so so disappointed with Eldo that I can never ever book a ticket with them instead I want to report this matter because we paid for a service we never got highly not professional at all.</p>
