NON COMPLAINCE OF AGREEMENT

I had contacted EA Build Cor on Cel ********** and spoke to a Deon. He informed me that it is his business and that he fixes roofs. He come and gave me a quote on the 01/08/2016 and I excepted it and he did the job and informed me that when it rains I must check to see if there are any leaks. He also told me that I have a 3 Year guarantee on the workmen ship and a 5 Year guarantee on the products. It has rained many times since and I have contacted him to let him know that the roof is leaking in two places. He keeps promising to come out and till date (2018/04/06) he has not been back to fix the mistake/leak. His excuse is that it is raining but all I can see is SUNSHINE.
