Terrible experience and poor service

The worst service delivery experience you will encounter. The directors and managers are full of excuses and cannot commit to timeframes and you would spend hours following up and calling them to no avail or no updates. Their whatsapp chat and communication is horrific, you are better off calling the insurer/agent to get any update from them and they have no shame in lying to cover their backsides. This is a Santam approved company who assists with claims via Home assist.

Stay away from these guys. I would question their tax status if I were SARS as they are not charging VAT on their invoices or noting VAT yet they have a VAT number on their invoices.
