A horrible experience began when I required a COC on my apartment to be completed to sell my place. The Director was happy to send someone and before I knew it they were calling my insurance to install a new geyser and issued a COC. As the new owner moved in there was a flood throughout the apartment. The director was not contactable and a new plumber was sent to send a report that nothing was up to scratch and that the COC issued was not up to standard within the industry. I tried to contact the director Shaun to gain insight on this matter and no availability.

Have to now find someone new to start the process again.
