Poor customer service

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not care about their loyal customers, and simply ignore any messages and do not have a number you can call. Received expired pods, messaged them numerous times, and by the time they rep**** with what it seemed like an automated response they said it was too late to exchange. Don't bother with them.
