E-xhale Worst Customer Service

This is an online vape shop. I love this product, but they are unfortunately an absolute disgrace when it comes to customer service. I logged a query with regards to pods leaking and devices making hissing noises. They simply don't respond. With my last order I received a defective pod and logged an exchange. No reply. They only respond to orders. When you order, you receive. However, they do not repsond to anything else. Whether you log a return or a query via email, whatsapp or facebook... they do not repond. I am utterly disgusted with their customer services. They are or for selling, but when it comes to queries, exchanes, returns or faulty products, they are below Zero.
