e-Wiskunde has taken my money and won’t give me the product

I bought these extra online maths classes for my kids, they took the money but almost a week later and I still can’t use these classes as it keeps saying processing. I have tried contacting these people numerous times, just to be ignored around every corner. They read the first Facebook message but ignored the rest. I have emailed three different emails to try and get ANY type of response from them. There is no telephone number listed, only emails and Facebook messenger. The best about all of this is, all I wanted to find out is how long it takes to finish processing an order that they already took my money for.
