E W Plumbing poor service

Horrible Service. Called Eric to open my blocked drain. He showed me a video and claimed that he opened the drain and got me to hand over R 1 550, 00. When I asked him a receipt he said he will e-mail it. Never did. After he left I noticed that my toilet was still blocked and had to call someone else. They came and checked and the only open section of the drain was the front section. The back section was left blocked up and I had to pay again to get it unblocked. Sent Eric the pictures and asked him for a partial refund which he refuses to do.
