Need Answers at list.

Hi ..been inboxing etv since Monday..they are not responding..this os regarding to their "stay locked in " competition. ... l have since complained that..l have sent their code..can they please help me as to why they are not responding to my inbox..or why l didn't receive an sms as expected. .l have proof. .l did send the code while it was on screen..its so frustrating because a lot of people are complaining about same problem on their page.
