eVOD Streaming Service problems

I joined the eVOD streaming service (monthly subscription of R29.99) in August 2021 and have had endless problems. Since October you only get ONE DAY of Premium content instead of a month. I have pointed this out via phone calls, emails (even to the main manager) and after 6 weeks, nothing has happened to fix the problem. I have paid for nothing. Useless service and even more useless technical support. Avoid eVOD at all cost
