E-TV OVHD not working anymore.

I have 2 OVHD HDMI decoders. STB ID **********1 STB ID **********0 Suddenly they don,t work anymore. They give a ERROR E04 and ask to re-activate. Then it gives me connection code or invaled MMI code. To phone the number *120* 6843*1# is a waste of time and E-TV is actially taking our money by making it money calls without giving us any service on that numbers. When you get to a operator it is clearly that they don´t know what they are doing and can´t help you anyway.
