Distasteful service at it's best E-TV

After I selected and paid for the evod premium service I discovered that I did not have access to the package. I've been contacted telephonically after sending a email to report this issue however it's 22 days after my complaint, I still don't have access to the premium service. I've sent numerous emails which is not being responded to... I am so disgusted by the poor service I received I actually just want my money back which I requested in my last email.
