BCCSA should remove this *****ulent programme

I want to report the www.smstowin.com ,how does sabc air such a programme,the programme lures people to betting with their R15 airtime as they are promised a prize of thousands if they get the games correct, you go to their site you find winner ,but if you use your airtime to sms the programme they don't call back. People are spending hundreds of rands trying to get a call back but no one is responded to . I am so dissatisfied with eTv because the xontent is inappropriate as it teaches people to do crime and ***** ,that programme is *****ulent and everyone is complaining about it
