E-Tshwane might as well be No Tshwane

News reports state that clearance certificate backlog has been sorted out. What a joke. I get reply from Tshwane to visit walk in centre but E-Tshwane has been offline for days now. Going for 6 months without clearance certificate. E-Tshwane information does not reflect true status of accounts. Only one or two people who can authorise transactions and they are constantly not available.
