E-Tshwane Added Levey (B) for no reason what so ever

You guys added a total levy (B) of 2651.24 for what???? on the 18/03/2019 Where does this charge come from? Please correct this as this is unacceptable!! I have called several times and queried this before and there is still no feedback what so ever .This is absolutely unacceptable I went into your department and they told me it was a mistake and yet it is still on my bill!!! This needs to be sorted out immediately. This issue is going on for well over a year now.
