Disgusting service from Elna at E-square Party Hire

I contacted Elna, requesting stock availability on party hats for my Grandson's birthday party. She did not respond nor even bother to read the message. The next day I sent her another message asking her if she was not interested in my business. Her response, without a greeting nor am apology for the late response, "we don't have stock" On the website it states Quality Service, which I definitely did not receieve and that back orders will be received in 3-5 working days. I took screenshot's of both the statements and sent them to her stating that her service was extremely bad, and that she hadn't even offered to order the items I required. I also told her I would be reviewing her on Hello Peter and she sent me a smiley face, so obviously it is a big joke knowing I am not happy with her treatment of me. As a sales person, I would not think of treating a customer in this manner. With all the kiddies parties I organise, they have lost me as a client.
