eskilz business funding ********

hi,

i registered a business called the truck spa, the business is a truck wash/ diesel Depot. i looked for funding and came across a sales person by the name of Ian Chetty who worked for the company called eskilz, he said that this company arranges funding for businesses through the different SETA's , he also had confirmed that i did not have to pay the money for the funding back, all they required was my business registration doc's and a once off inition fee of R+-2000 then i would be liable to pay a monthly admin fee of R 500 until the funding is complete.

i googled the company and everything seemed legit, however i did not receive any feedback from this company, i had to call in several times and i was put from pillar to post, this made me doubt that this was even true so what i did was stop my debit orders from going through, i tried to contact them to ask for a refund on all my installments as nothing was done, the financial manager told me that they could not refund my money back because i was in breech of contract. in conclusion i was paying for nothing, i believe this is a **** and would like all my money paid back, please help , how would i go about this?
