E-Sense sell faulty products

I purchased an E-Sense electronic cigarette from the OK in Northcliff. It did not work. I returned it to the OK after writing an email to E-Sense that did not respond to my email. The OK exchanged the E-Sense electronic cigarette for another one that also does not work. E-Sense is dumping not working products onto non suspecting consumers
