Complete Lack of Interest and understanding of own products from E-sense retailers/VapeCulture PTY LTD

<p>Intent: to cut down on smoking/nicotine addiction</p> <p>Action: Purchase an E-sense e-cigarette and learn how to use it so that I can end up smoking 0mg nicotine and eventually stop. Currently smoke 0.1mg nic cigarettes. Definitely did not want to mix e-liquids to a stronger nicotine level, as I would become more addicted. Needed to understand how to mix 0mg of 10ml e-sense liquid and 8mg of 30 ml e-sense liquied to create a 0.1 mg nicotine solution for an E-sense cigarette. </p> <p>Problems 1) Craig (sales manager) could initially not meet me to show me how to use it. He was too busy. 2) After purchase, no response from Craig or Tanya after two emails requesting help with the mixing problem. 3) I suspect that they didn't understand how to solve the problem themselves. 4) Companies selling vaping products should be able to understand these problems and assist their customers eg: they did not know about the complicated vaping calculators for mixing available on the internet, and why do they not explain how much PG (Propylene Glycol) and VG (Vegetable Glycerin) they have in their e-liquids? 5) Ethical issue of making uneducated smokers even more addicted to nicotine, and possibly even sick, without them even knowing about it. Shocking service, and complete lack of understanding of their product. Would recommend going to a professional vaping shop before buying any e-cigarette. Do not buy an E-sense. </p>
