Munster holiday house

We booked for 7 nights with Enrico Rosslee for a 3 bedroom place in Munster. Only to find the kitchen flooded with water that we cleaned up and tried to fix the leak. Then we were told to be out from the morning of the 29th when we were only to be out the 30th. He said he would refund me the 700 for the day lost but instead sends pictures of the house in disarray. But we cleaned and mopped and polished like mad. This is a tactic to just not refund us. I did mail him the banking details to make sure he recieved it for the refund. If it isnt recieved within the week I will be contacting the rent control board of South Africa. As I am sure this is not lawful.
