Bad service from E rewards Saver

This company runs s a loyalty program which also has a so-called home assistance benefit included in the monthly premium. Last week our geyser stopped heating water and I called the support number listed on their website.(www.erewardssaver.co.za) The number no longer exists! I then called the enquiries no listed and was referred to a Durban tel no. A man named Adrian answered and promised to follow up on my request for assistance. I called him 3 times to no avail! The service of this company really sucks! I am withdrawing my membership immediately!
